SHIPPING

Domestic:

1. $6 USPS shipping on all domestic orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

2. FedEx overnight available - this is at an extra charge, and will always provide a tracking number.

We usually ship items within 5 days of your order (unless item is made to order). Once shipped items will take 2-5 days to arrive domestically.

International:

1. USPS is $15 for orders below $500

2. USPS is $40 for $500 and up

3. USPS does not track international items. FedEx does track, however it is but more costly. If you would like the FedEx option please email us at info (@) shophelpsy.com.

4. We aren't responsible for delays or holdups at customs on international orders

Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order, or as individually specified for made-to-order and Pre-Sale items. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information about your order once it ships (should there be a tracking number).

Item availability:

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Exchange Policy:

Please read our product descriptions carefully and, when in doubt, feel free to ask us for more details about any product! We’ll get back to you right away.

We will happily exchange most products if you aren't 100% happy with your order. This excludes beauty products, lingerie, and some handmade to order items. When in doubt, email us!

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL OF ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

REFUND POLICY

If circumstances apply we can refund or purchase or offer shop credit. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse shipping costs. Some of our items ship from different countries, so please keep that in mind when considering return shipping.

Return Process:

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for value loss.

Be sure to provide us with tracking number and use a safe shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in mail .

Please email us before returning item and we will provide a return address.

Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged to qualify for an exchange.

Exchanges/Refunds will be made as soon as we receive and process your returned item. The actual time it takes to receive your exchange depends on the time it takes the product to return.

Damages, Losses:

If an item should arrive to you damaged from transit in shipping we cannot take responsibility.
We are not responsible for stolen or parcels that did not arrive if tracking says that was delivered in your address.

Taxes&Duties:

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES OR CUSTOM FEES CHARGED UPON ARRIVAL TO YOUR COUNTRY.

HELPSY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THIS DUTY.
