** PLEASE NOTE YOUR ITEMS OFTEN SHIP FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND MAY ARRIVE IN SEPARATE PACKAGES ON DIFFERENT DAYS**

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover, and Paypal

Shipping: 

Domestic:

1. Free USPS shipping on all domestic orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

2. FedEx overnight available - this is at an extra charge, and will always provide a tracking number. 

We usually ship items within 5 days of your order (unless item is made to order). Once shipped items will take 2-5 days to arrive domestically.

International orders:

1. USPS is $15 for orders below $500

2. USPS is $40 for $500 and up

3. USPS does not track international items. FedEx does track, however it is but more costly. If you would like the FedEx option please email us at info (@) shophelpsy.com.

4. We aren't responsible for delays or holdups at customs on international orders

Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order, or as individually specified for made-to-order and Pre-Sale items.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information about your order once it ships (should there be a tracking number).

Item availability:

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

1. We accept returns on any items within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. We do not provide return shipping labels, this is at the customers expense. 

2.Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached).

3. Returns unfortunately don't apply to jewelry, beauty products and underwear/swimsuits because of hygiene purposes. Footwear will only be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box and without postal labels.  

4.Returns do not apply to some items that are made to order, unfortunately. If you have a question, please email us info@shophelpsy.com

NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. To make a return or exchange, please email us at the address above with your request and you will be given detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Any personal information provided to HELPSY will be protected. Customer information will not be disclosed to any third parties.   Personal information is secure with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

As you browse Helpsy, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with Helpsy.
